Lack of control can cause office stress. Maybe you feel frustrated because of a heavy workload or perhaps angry because you can’t get help from co-workers.
Every job has difficulties to overcome. Most people are dissatisfied with at least some aspect of their work. If there were demands at work you would be bored. There is no perfect job or perfect workplace. Focus on learning to meet the challenges of your workplace and improve the quality of your life.
